Our only contact with the agency was in the beginning for the booking. Sometimes the agent was a bit slow in contacting us , but it all worked out in the end.

Agency was very easy to deal with. It would perhaps be simpler (especially for those not familiar with the french system) to include insurance for the apartment in the package price as this did make things more complicated.

It was sometimes difficult to understand all of the information, but the staff was helpful.

Staff was very nice and answered all questions necessary. Having English-Speaking staff was a definite plus for us. It would have been more helpful to have the agency also arrange for payment of the entire transaction, instead of having to make arrangements to wire payments with the landlord. Other than that, everything was great!

Generally I receive a good service, I felt to much delay between the request and the response, but in generally everything was ok. En general recibi un buen servicio, senti que hubo mucho retraso entre la solicitud y la respuesta, pero en general todo termino bien.

In the begining it was hard to join them, but after all went good!

Je suis très content. Le site internet est bien fait, le service est bien organisé. Seul la procédure concernant garantie / garant n\'était pas du tout transparente. A part le fait que les exigences me paraissaient éxagérées, il serait au moins utile d\'expliquer les critères (surtout pour les clients qui viennent de l\'étranger).

Le temps d\'attente sur telephone est toujours important, par contre les agents sont professionels et aimables

Lodgis is one of the better agencies working in Paris, but it can sometimes be difficult to communicate with them. On this instance, there were no problems.

I was a little confused at first (make sure to fill out your insurance!), but then it all went smoothly.

As we rented the appartment before we came to Paris and therefore had not seen it beforehand, it was reassuring to be renting through an agency. It made us feel more safe in regards of transferring money etc. and everything worked out well when we came to Paris.
