Le site internet Lodgis est très bien développé et rapide. Les conseillers sont disponibles. Seul les frais de l'agence sont assez élevés pour les courts-séjours, mais correspondent à la qualité de la prestation.

The French insurance form was difficult for us to access in Australia but otherwise all good

Although there were some problems, Sandrine was very helpful and efficient when answering to my requests.

The agency was very nice, but was difficult sometimes to get a response sometimes. The agency fee was very steep, but I was glad to have the apartment ready for me upon arrival instead of staying in a hostel before finding one.

The agency was quite good. There were a couple of small issues, but that is perhaps because I had issues with the language barrier. Overall though, very professional, giving peace of mind when booking accommodation from the other side of the world.

Petite erreur avec la disponibilité de l'appartement au moment de la signature des contrats qui nous aura forcé à trouver une solution de rechange (mais nous étions dans les temps et l'agence nous a offert plusieurs solutions de rechange). Outre cela, l'agence est très efficace et rapide. Je souligne en particulier le travail professionnel de Marianna Lecorre qui, le vendredi soir juste avant un congé, a finalisé la location de l'appartement en répondant rapidement à mes questions et en échangeant nos documents instantanément par internet (pour m'éviter le télécopieur) et ce jusqu'à 18 heures et toujours avec une gentillesse grandissante. Elle seule donnerait à l'agence la cote de 7 sur 5 !

My experience with Lodgis agency was really a good experience. Luisa from Lodgis, was able to provide all the timely help and was prompt in her actions whenever the need arised. She was always quick to respond to my queries either on the phone or via email. All in all, Lodgis takes good care of its clients.

At times slightly confusing paperwork, but the staff was (as always) helpful.
