The contact with the agency was really good and they've always replied with promptitude to my questions. However, the booking process is a bit too complicated in my opinion.

Fast, one or two very minor problems - instantly corrected! A little bit "high-pressure", but I guess that is normal in the Paris rented accommodation market. I particularly like the accuracy and large amount of detail available on the website. If I owned property in Paris, I would use Lodgis as my agent.

Lodgisへの申し込み、契約、支払い等の流れはいたってスムーズでした。家主への前金の支払い、保険契約はこちらで直接やる必要があるなど、ホテルを利用するよりは手続きが煩雑で、最初は不安がありましたが何とかなりました。家主への支払いには銀行から海外送金しましたが、Paypalなどの利用も可能です。

Finding an apartment in a city in a different country is not an easy task. My experience was not without complications. She was very quick to answer my questions, and emailed me back as soon as possible. She was attentive and worked very hard to get me the apartment that I wanted.
