Lodgis has been very helpful in finding an apartment for our stay, but more information regarding the requirements for signing a lease could have been provided in advance to expediate the process, such as insurance requirements/price, guarantor documents, and all other documents necessary for the lease. Alaine Batteux was especially helpful recommending apartments and was very quick to reply to any questions we had. We truly appreciated her help in this stressful process.

対応が早くスムースでしたが、保険については全て英語の文面でしたのでとても面倒でした。保険加入が義務付けられているのであれば、日本語で簡単に加入できるものが用意されていれば時間の短縮にもなるし安心できると思いました。
No problems with Agency, everything in regards to the process went well. Agents were helpful.
For the most part, my experience with Lodgis was fine. I had some difficulty though getting to someone to help me with a problem opening a link to purchase the renter insurance. This look a couple weeks. Nonetheless, I would definitely use Lodgis again.

Dommage qu\'il faille tout faire avec internet. Problème pour ceux qui ne maitrisent pas très bien l\'outil. Sinon, site facile d\'accès, agréable à consulter et donnnant de bons renseignements.
Ce n\'est pas la première fois que je fais appel à Lodgis pour une location et l\'efficacité a toujours été au RDV. De plus, quelque soit la langue que vous parlez il y aura toujours une interlocutrice pour vous comprendre et vous répondre.

L\'agenzia si è dimostrata professionale e attenta alle nostre esigenze (forse un pelino cara) fino al momento della prenotazione dopo resta il contatto con il proprietario che se non si ha la conoscenza di un po\' d\'inglese potrebbe creare difficoltà ma facilmente superabili con l\'aiuto di un piccolo dizionario. Se dovessi ritornare a Parigi sceglierei la medesima soluzione.

丁寧な対応で良かったです。物件の保険については日本語表記がないので苦手な方にはちょっと苦労するかも。全体的にスムーズに利用できました。
Des fois, les communications étaient un peu difficile, mais en gros, j\'aimais Lodgis beaucoup mieux que les autres agences. Sometimes it was hard to communicate with them (seemed I wasn\'t getting an answer), but I still like them much better than any of the other agencies I dealt with.
Lodgis were very efficient
No problems, it did seem a little bureaucratic in getting the paperwork done, but it all worked out fine.

Lodgis agency answered all our mails fast and correct. And could give an answer to all our answers. Very glad with them...just we didn\'t know we must rent an apartment insurance, and we couldn\'t read anywhere in the website until they told us.
The agency helped to connect us to the landlord, and they answered all of our questions.
