L\'agence m\'a vraiment beaucoup aidé à trouver un logement. Aline Batteux a toujours été très sympathique et généreuse lors de nos entretiens téléphoniques. Elle a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions.

The agency was efficient and helpful, in spite of being obviously inundated with apartment rental requests when I was in contact with them. My first several attempts at renting proved unfruitful -- those apartments listed as available turned out not to be. But Lodgis recommended possible alternatives and what resulted was that of my preliminary choices -- M.D. 's apartment -- turned out to be available. There is no apartment that could have been better or more perfect and no landlord who could have been more fabulous and helpful. Not only am I looking forward to returning to Paris, but I am looking forward to staying in the same apartment again. I would not consider any others. I would book my trip around the availability of the flat that I found through Lodgis.

Very friendly and helpful, but sometimes very busy so no one could be reached. For last minute bookings probably too busy.

Although my emails were responded to quickly, I found that once I had paid the agency fee, they didn\'t care. Also, I found that other agencies don\'t require a French insurance policy to cover renters. I feel this is a scam.

Lodgis have been good, and helped me find this apartment in summer when most other agencies were not responding.

The agency was very good, although there were a couple of delays to answering our inquiries because we happened to arrange our booking during France's holiday season and the landlord was unavailable. But once that got sorted, everything went smoothly.

Toujours rapide et bien servi. Par contre, je trouve certaines procédures compliquées en comparaison avec d'autres agences, comme l'assurance et envoyer par fax en 24 heures le contrat signé et la copie du passeport.

The sending of some documents was a bit complicated, since several certificates and signatures (also from parents) were needed very fast.

Au début j'avais mes doutes sur Lodgis que c'était froid et que "du business" car je n'avais pas de contact physique avec quelqu'un, tout a été traité par téléphone et par mail (au mois de juin). Ensuite au mois d'août, quand j'étais vraiment en besoin d'un appartement, je trouvais que l'agent était très disponible (même si ce n'était toujours que par tél et mail) et faisais de son mieux pour rendre la transaction plus facile.
