Very easy to deal with the agency. Only caveat is the high security deposit demanded. Much too high unless total destruction of the apartment was contemplated.

The only thing I felt very uncomfortable with was sending a copy of my passport. Normally we are told never to do this so I lost a night's sleep wondering about this, so an explanation of why this is needed would be good.
