Reasonable responsive by mail. English support available. Key/Apartment handover seemed very rushed. No introduction to facilities mail, waste disposal, utilities etc, which would have been nice.

First month, the communication was difficult and ended up having to wait for another month past when I wanted an apartment. However, the agency is the most transparent with prices and I was able to find an accommodation that's within my price range.

apartments that are shown as available on the website are not really available. that’s the only thing that i noticed with saying. the rest was great and julia was an excellent advisor.

The communication was great between the agent to the tenant but it would have been helpful if the website was updated a bit more often to more accurately reflect the availability of the apartments.

The agency was very nice and available to be reached. I would have appreciated a more clear initial explanation of the necessary documents to be sent, since I was late and my initial choice could not be made. Nonetheless Clothilde was super helpful in finding another excellent choice! Thank you

The agent I was in contact with was very prompt and helpful, and very understanding of the issues I encountered. However, I did have significant difficulties with the payment website and accessing the important pdf documents on the lodgis rental page
