Occasionally there would be apartments advertised that i was told were unavailable yet they would still be advertised a month later. Contact with my agent was often at time very difficult, as questions would remain unanswered.

I would like to start from the fact that me and my flatmates are happy to finally sign the contract and secure a nice place in Paris. However, we have the need to express our complaints on how Lodgis carried out the lease process. Setting aside the length of the whole process (almost 4 weeks), which may be due to contingencies outside the domain of Lodgis, two are the episodes that annoyed us the most: 1. We have been communicated different – and higher – electricity tariffs as well as provisional cleaning fee only at the signing of the final contract, though we have received in the past (both via e-mail and, above all, via a draft contract) diverse amounts. Needless to say that this is not professional, at all. 2. Despite clear to Lodgis from the very beginning our need to commence the lease the first of June (Saturday) – we organized ourselves accordingly, especially with respect to the sale of trains tickets – we have been communicated very late in the process that the lease could only start on a weekday. This is because the management agency Lodgis entrusts for key delivering couldn’t do that on Saturday. As for point 1 above, again an issue over which we couldn’t have any control / we didn’t commit any mistakes, but nonetheless we would have been forced to pay the price for. Please note that Lodgis advises on his website about days in which delivery is not possible, but actually such day is only Sunday

I lack transparency in your way of presenting the actual rent for apartments. What you call "rent" is far below the actual rental cost. On top of the "rent" 4-6 other fees are added. This means that you advertise your apartments under false pretences. Instead you should show the actual rent, i.e. "rent" should refer to what the rent cost actually is. When I rented my apartment I explicity asked Klara Lebdeva if she had mentioned all costs and fees. She said yes, but when I got the contract is became obvious that there was yet another hidden fee. It is disappointing that there is little honesty on the part of Lodgis - but I guess that's the French way. However, I won't give you the lowest grading because your webpage is nice and you have a good selection of apartments. But to me honesty and transparency is the most important thing.

The communication sometimes was not efficient. Sometimes I could not get a reply in days, and when I called the agency, I was told that I could speak only with my agent. But sometimes the agent was not present, or didn't reply and for that reason I lost 2 apartments ( I confirmed but the agent took to long to confirm back, and the apartment was given to someone else). Also, I wanted to come to the agency and speak directly with the agent so that everything could be done in person. I was told it was useless because everything could be done remotely but as I said the communication was not effieicnt. Also, I asked to see/have information about several apartments but I got to see only 2. On the positive side, the agent has been always polite and nice when she was talking to me.

Slow most of the time, also sometimes just ignoring requests by email to replace broken things that were broken by the previous occupant. Often leave off additional prices that need to be paid until you are trapped into a contract- should be more explicit about renting prices including bills and a very large deposit.

Es waren zu viele EMails nötig um ein Zimmer zu buchen. Dazu kommt, dass es Missverständnisse gab welche weiteren Aufwand bedeutet haben. Als dann alles geregelt war, wurde ich sehr nett empfangen aber bis dahin war es viel Arbeit.

(i) Suite à un oubli de la personne en charge de notre dossier (+ manque de communication entre l'agence et le propriétaire), nous avons dû emménager 4 jours plus tard que prévu. (ii) Nous avons cependant payé les 4 jours pour le premier mois (cette somme doit être déduite du loyer du mois suivant, mais nous aurions préféré qu'elle le soit dès le premier mois). (iii) La communication par mail a été assez compliquée : il était difficile d'obtenir des réponses à l'ensemble de nos questions. De plus, nous sommes deux colocataires : il aurait été appréciable de nous envoyer tous les mails à toutes les deux systématiquement. En outre, nous avons reçu à plusieurs reprises des mails contradictoires (nous demandant de payer des sommes déjà payées, ou des sommes ne correspondant pas à ce que nous devions payer). (iv) Une semaine après avoir emménagé, nous n'avions toujours pas reçu l'avenant de notre bail. (v) Finalement, les frais d'agence nous ont paru excessivement élevés par rapport aux prestations assez réduites qui ont été fournies (rédaction du bail + constitution du dossier).

Le site est très bien fait , et la rapidité de réponse des agents est bonne .. apres l'acquisition des clés de l'appartement, il est difficile de les joindres et de régler certains problèmes avec eux ..

El Servicio de la gestora de alquiler amueblado fue muy bueno. Una vez firmado el contrato y depositado el dinero la agencia incumplió con la fecha de entrega del departamento, lo cual me generó inconvenientes personales (4 días mas tarde, que me fueron cobrados) ; aún espero una respuesta por parte de la agencia. El personal de recepción siempre fue muy amable. Me gustaría poder recomendar la agencia, pero la falta de respuesta ha esta situación me lo impide.

I chose Lodgis because they had the most reasonable agency fee out of all the agencies I had looked at, however I will say that their service was not the best and not very consistent. It took me over 3 months to finally get accommodation, not because there weren't readily available apartments , they have a wide and good range of apartments but the person at the agency whose name I shall not disclose wasn't up to task. I had made a request and booked a few apartments and each time I did this I felt that I was one step closer to getting the apartment of my dream, but that wasn't the case. Each time I did this I got an email saying that someone else had booked it already, so I think what needs to be improved is that once someone has finalised their booking they should take apartments off from being available instead of misleading potential renters. Furthermore agencies are supposed to be the bridge that helps you find the ideal apartment with little hassle and little time consumption, but this was not the case. Overall I got a good apartment and I'm pleased with it I just wished it didn't take as long as it did.

They required a lot of paperwork in a very short time. Not easy to contact with them (neither e-mail or skype). Pidieron muchisima documentación en muy poco tiempo. No era facil contactar con ellos ni por telefono ni por skype.

Cambiaron el expediente entre varias personas, lo cual retrasó mucho el proceso. Tuvimos que ser muy insistentes para que la opeeración saliera adelante
