The contacts with the agency has gone smoothly. Perhaps it is the famous French byrocracy which has made us a little bit wonder all the documents needed in renting an apartment in Paris.

They required a lot of paperwork in a very short time. Not easy to contact with them (neither e-mail or skype). Pidieron muchisima documentación en muy poco tiempo. No era facil contactar con ellos ni por telefono ni por skype.

A part le fait que les exigences me paraissaient éxagérées, il serait au moins utile d\'expliquer les critères (surtout pour les clients qui viennent de l\'étranger).
