Madame Cécila De Almeida Tavares fut d'une grande efficacité-> Location du logement 28 rue du Bourg Tibourg. Auparavant en janvier 2015 j'avais déjà essayé de louer via votre site....cependant malgré le professionnalisme de votre équipe je n'avais réussi à louer un logement -> Propriétaires n'étaient pas réactifs et j'ai donc louer de PAP en janvier 2015. Conclusion: Equipe Lodgis -> très pro Propriétaires -> réactivité variable

I looked for several months to find out how to rent an apartment as a foreigner in Paris. It was frustrating. Once my friend found Lodgis and its multi-lingual associates, the rest was simple. I had an apointment to view the apartment of my choice. Manuela Falleta handled everything. I will move in at the end of July. THANKS so much

My contact with Lodgis was great. There was some confusion with the managing agent for the apartment's owner. Nothing too serious, though.

Lack of transparency & human interaction, allowing a chain of auto-emails on repeating issues and delays in Contract signatures.

Overall was good, but the day we arrived we had some difficulties and it was not very easy to get response from Lodgis of an emergency.

Iryna was absolutely incredible. She replied to emails so quickly and made the whole process so streamlined and hassle free, which is incredible given the process of French rental agreements can be extremely difficult, particularly as I was attempting to organise this from the other side of the world.I would HIGHLY recommend Iryna Bonnefoy to others. She was well and truly worth the agency fee! Merci mille fois! Lodgis is a brilliant website and the electronic contract signature made it all so easy. I was in very safe hands. The whole process from the time I first applied for the apartment to the day I signed the contract was less than 48 hours! Truly incredible, especially as it was all done online as I was still in Australia

I contacted the agency to adjust our meetup time 24 hours before arrival and they readily accomodated. Smooth and easy process throughout.
