La relation avec l'agence et avec Mme Iryna Bonnefoy a été très efficace : retours de mail rapides, informations détaillées, suivi du dossier en permanence, réactivité (nous étions dans l'urgence). Les échanges ponctuels avec d'autres conseillères ont également été très bons. La permanence lors des jours fériés est appréciable. Service impeccable. Je conseillerai l'agence sans hésiter.

L'agence a été excellent dans la médiation avec le propriétaire, rapide en réponse et a été très bien suivie par l'employé Joel.

Auf meine Anfragen bezüglich Verfügbarkeit einer Wohnung, Ausstattung, Reservierung etc. habe ich stets schnelle, freundliche und hilfreiche Antworten erhalten. Die zuständige Mitarbeiterin in meinem Fall, Frau Le Corre, war immer sehr bemüht und stand mir während des gesamten Buchungsprozesses unterstützend zur Seite. Ich habe Lodgis als sehr vertrauenswürdig und zuverlässig empfunden und kann die Agentur bestens weiterempfehlen.

I would give Mme LECORRE 5. Her response to my emails was very prompt and professional. For a short time (while Mme LECORRE was on vacation) I was in contact with Mme TAILLARDAT. Her response was less than satisfactory. Because she took so long to respond, I often felt that I had to send additional emails. It became frustrating.

The Lodgis stuff did very rapid and sure works for me. I'm very thankful to him and I would like to ask him next time again. Merci beaucoup Mousieur Tanaka-san!

Excellent service by all of the Lodgis Team. I was very pleased with the assistance of Pan and Walquiria in answering my questions and providing assistance all along the way in finding a really nice apartment in Paris.

Madame Cécilia De Almeida Tavares a été très aimable et très efficace pour répondre à mes questions concernant la location. NB: La procédure demandée pour les garants (après signature électronique!) qui consiste à recopier à la main un texte extrêmement long est néanmoins très déplaisante.

Quel service à la clientèle! Absolument FORMIDABLE! 24 heures à peine pour une réponse au premier courriel concernant 4 propriétés. Réservation complétée, dépôt payé en 72 heures parce que toutes les informations fournies étaient complètes et justes. Le site d'offres étaient faciles à consulter et Madame Anna Ponceblanc, conseillère en location meublée, a été rassurante et d'un grand secours dans tout le processus. Je veux ajouter que j'ai fait 15 demandes d'informations sur 4 sites d'offres et je suis sans retour de communication pour 13 d'entre elles... c'est tout dire. Nous vivrons à Paris tout le mois de septembre prochain, dans un appartement meublé et idéalement situé, grâce à Madame Ponceblanc. Merci Madame, Merci Lodgis. Nicole M.M. de Laval Québec

Lodgis is the only "normal" agency in Paris. You can do everything online and their fees are the lowest ones. The agents speak excellent english.

It was a favorable experience. Julien was always available when I had questions and he answered them in a pleasant and comprehensive manner. It took almost a week to get the agent who was assisting while my assigned agent was out of the office to respond to me. I had to move my trip as the delay took so long that I had to change my visa. And I had to call multiple times as my emails went unanswered but the agent who was assisting while my agent was away. Once my agent returned from holiday, she was fantastic and helpful, but I nearly rented from another agency while she was away.
