Avec Monsieur Tamura da l'agence Lodgis tout c'est bien passe etant donne que ce Monsieur et tres gentil et tres professionnel. Je recommanderez toujours Lodgis a mes amis qui demande une conseil pour moi pour son sejour a Paris car j'ai vecu a Paris et je connais bien cette ville adorable.

La comunicación con la agencia se entrecortó un poco luego de realizar el pago del anticipo. De hecho el pago total del primer mes así como la garantía se realizaron posteriormente y en mi perfil en la web no figuraban motivo por el cual me preocupé un poco dado que estaba acostumbrado a ello. Nada grave por cierto, pero es el unico motivo para no otorgar 5 puntos en este aspecto.

昨年に続き　また　お世話になりました． 2度目なので　少しはスマートの処理できるかと思っていたのですが 1年前のことは　すっかり忘れ去っていて　再び　見事にお手数をかけることになり　申し訳ありませんでした．

L'appartement est dans un état impeccable. Le quartier est très agréable. En ce qui concerne l'agence les interlocuteurs sont très aimables et efficaces. Pas toujours faciles à joindre parfois cependant, d'où le 4/5 mais c'est très satisfaisant globalement.

メールでの応対は事務的ですが、返信は早いです。キッチンのオーブンが壊れていることが分かった際には、すぐに新しいものに買い替える手配をして下さいました。ドアノブが取れかけているなどの問題もありますが、これも近日中に直して下さることになっています。

Lodgis has been prompt and courteous and provided all necessary documents to make the process easier, although dealing with the "manager" of the apartment has been a little unsettling.

This is our 3rd apt reservation with LODGIS. We couldn't be happier. All transactions were well explained and easily conducted. Communication with Solange was quite fast. We will continue to use the LODGIS agency when travelling to Paris.

メールなどの対応がとても早く契約までスムーズでした。 現地情報等も教えていただきとても助かりました。

Rien à redire, disponibilité et écoute des interlocuteurs. Peut-être serait il judicieux que l'agence s'assure avec un minimum de garanties auprès du propriétaire que le logement proposé à la location est bien fidèle à ce qu'il laisse supposer pour le futur locataire, autrement dit conforme entre autres au visuel publié en ligne, et que les biens meubles soient en tous en bon état.
