Baromètre de la location meublée à Paris 1er trimestre 2013 : l'évolution des loyers des meublés parisiens demeurent inférieure à celle de l'IRL

Selon l’Insee, l’IRL (indice de référence des loyers), permettant aux propriétaires de revaloriser chaque année les loyers, a progressé au 1er trimestre 2013 de seulement 1,54% sur un an. Cette hausse est la plus faible depuis la fin 2010.
